Regional West Physicians Clinic-Rheumatology is devoted to the diagnosis, treatment, and management of autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal diseases affecting joints, muscles, ligaments, and bones.
Our board certified rheumatologist and the clinic’s care team work closely with other Regional West specialties, including pulmonology, orthopaedics, cardiology, and neurology, as well as referring physicians and our patients’ primary care providers.

Appointments
We would appreciate a 24-hour advance notice for all appointment cancellations so we can offer that time to another patient.
New patients
Please check in 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out basic information and complete your registration. You will be asked to complete an Acknowledgement of Privacy Notice and a Consent to Treat Form. You may also print them off, fill them out, and bring them with you to your first appointment.
If you need to forward medical records from another provider, you may print off and use the Authorization to Release Medical Records. Please allow time for processing this form, if possible.
Insurance
As a convenience to our patients, Regional West Physicians Clinic-Rheumatology will file insurance claims with both your primary and secondary carriers. Any remaining balance after a response from your insurance company will be your responsibility.
Appointment No-Shows and Late Arrivals
It is the policy of Regional West Physicians Clinic to monitor and manage appointment no-shows and late appointments. Any patient who arrives 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time is considered late for his or her appointment. Regional West Physicians Clinic will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the patient within the patient session or to reschedule the patient at the earliest possible time, based on the nature of the presenting reason for the visit and the patient’s wishes.
