About us
As Regional West’s air ambulance service, Air Link has been an integral part of our region since 1995, providing critical care transport during the crucial minutes following a traumatic injury or acute medical condition. In 2018, we introduced the Pilatus PC-12 fixed wing aircraft, which adds increased versatility for transporting patients faster, further, and during inclement weather. The Regional West Air Link program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS), a nationally recognized organization that ensures that air ambulance services and medical transport companies meet national standards for safety, education, and training.
Mission
The primary goal of the Air Link flight program is to safely meet the health care and transport needs of customers in our service area. The flight program will maintain, promote, and reflect quality patient care and customer service during both pre-hospital and inter-facility transports throughout our geographical area.
Vision
Air Link will be the first choice for innovative air medical transport solutions in our region, providing value to our clients through quality and service that set us apart.
