The Experience Council
The Regional West Medical Center Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a partnership between patients, family members, and the health care team to provide exceptional patient care experiences and to be revolutionary leaders in raising the standard of excellence for Regional West Medical Center. The Council will have an active role in improving the patient and family care experience by identifying opportunities, gathering and providing perspective and feedback on medical group plans, activities, and programs related to patient and family centered health care.

We are looking for past and present Regional West patients and/or family members who are dedicated to our community, want to help implement positive change, and are focused on the betterment of Regional West.
