Internship Benefits

The Regional West high school internship program provides high school and alternative education students, grades nine through 12, with a part-time (16 hours per week), eight-week, paid summer work-based learning internship June 1 to July 24.

Learn

Interns will explore careers in healthcare and gain experience by rotating through various departments, both clinical and non-clinical. You will learn about real workplace expectations.

Student Requirements

Regional West is seeking five students who are interested in a paid summer work-based learning internship. Apply by May 8, 2026: Applicants must complete the online application which will include a resume and short essay. Interviews will be conducted in May 2026. Interviews will be conducted with a team of leaders from Regional West.
