A Time To Heal
Regional West Cancer Services offers post-treatment survivorship support through “A Time to Heal.” This is a free 12-week holistic survivorship program designed to help women regain their physical, emotional, and spiritual health following breast cancer treatment. The group meets for approximately two to three hours every week for 12 weeks. Weekly instruction includes topics such as building resilience, focus on healing, nutrition, facing our fears, regaining and maintaining strength, and how to survive after treatment. For more information or to enroll in “A Time to Heal,” contact Cancer Patient Navigator Kim Croft at 308-630-1691 or the Dorwart Cancer Care Center at 308-254-9192.
