Regional West has two ways for you to recognize our employees: the DAISY award and the Shining Star award. 

DAISY Award recipients are RNs and LPNs who personify Regional West’s commitment to outstanding healthcare services and are recognized as outstanding role models among their fellow nursing professionals. Click here to complete the DAISY nomination form.

The Shining Star award recognizes employees who went beyond normal job expectations and demonstrated at least two of the following criteria: including providing exceptional patient care or service to patients and families; providing exceptional internal customer service to co-workers, departments, or teams; promoting employee morale; improving productivity or a work process; exemplifying teamwork; introducing a creative or innovative solution; or demonstrating leadership beyond normal responsibilities.
