Registration is Open for Air Link Education Conference

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., ― Area first responders, emergency medical response personnel, and healthcare providers are invited to join the Air Link flight team Oct. 17 for a day of learning and hands-on activities at the annual education conference. There is no cost to attend the conference and attendees will receive continuing education hours.

The conference will be held at Regional West’s Education Center, with presentations beginning at 8 a.m. A light breakfast will be provided and a chili cookoff will be held at lunch with all proceeds going to the participants.

Presentations are designed to bring awareness to what can happen in a moment’s notice. Join us for educational lecture, scenarios, and more addressing clinical care for trauma in rural America. We are looking forward to receiving education from experts in burn care, neurotrauma, and pediatric clinical areas within the HealthONE hospital system. This includes facilities such as Swedish Medical Center and Rocky Mountain Children’s at Presbyterian St. Luke’s. You will be able to participate in protective equipment removal as well as scenarios focused on burns, neurotrauma, and pregnancy.
