Register Now For Thelma Jones Memorial Golf Scramble

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., – Regional West Foundation is now accepting registrations for the 2011 Thelma Jones Memorial Golf Scramble, which will be held Monday, July 11 at the Scotts Bluff Country Club. Registration forms for both individuals and teams are available on the Regional West Foundation web site at http://www.rwhs.org, at the Regional West Foundation office located on the ground floor of Regional West Medical Plaza North, and at Scotts Bluff Country Club

The registration fee for hole sponsorship with a team of four individuals is $750. This includes green fees, coffee and doughnuts in the morning, box lunch, and dinner and awards ceremony following the tournament for each member of a team.

The registration fee for individual participants is $85. Extra tickets for the dinner and awards ceremony are available for $18 each. Players may use their own carts or reserve country club carts for $11 per person.

A scramble package of $60 includes individual mulligans and team mulligans and a pro shot on hole #17.

All players will be entered in a drawing in which four players will each win $100. Flag and team prizes will be awarded at both sessions. Prizes will be paid to six teams plus a women’s team

Funds raised through the golf scramble will benefit the Regional West Birth & Infant Care Center Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

The Thelma Jones Memorial Golf Scramble is named in honor of a longtime friend of Regional West Medical Center who died of cancer in 1989. Proceeds from the annual event help to support the hospital’s mission of excellence in health care.
