Regional West Medical Center Hosts Healthcare Adventures

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., -Regional West Medical Center has invited Donna Wright, RN, MS, a staff development specialist with Creative Healthcare Management, to present the program, Healthcare Adventures: secrets everyone needs to know on several dates in June. The event will be at the Harms Advanced Technology Center in Scottsbluff and all registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nurse’s assistants are welcome.

Participants should expect to define current reality and the challenges faced in health care today, identify strategies for creating a culture of excellence in a changing environment, discuss ways to deal with the negativity faced daily, creative decision making skills and channeling energy to excellence.

Based on a humorous format, the workshop will unravel secrets to working today’s crazy environment, creating a culture of excellence and discovering how to celebrate success.

Contact hours are available for this program; Regional West will award 3.8 hours, with certificates presented at the end of the session. If you are a Regional West employee there is no charge for the seminar. Others interested in the workshop will be charged $35 for registration. Registration dates are as follows:
-- June 12 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.
-- June 13 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 to 5 p.m.
-- June 14 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
