One Physician and One Advanced Practice Clinician Join Regional West’s Medical Staff

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., ― Regional West recently added one new physician and one advanced practice clinician to its medical staff.

Joshua Sole, MD, FAAPMR, CAQSM, DABPM, is a physician with Regional West Physicians Clinic-Rehabilitation Medicine. As the medical specialty dedicated to treating illness or injury that affects how we move, the goal of rehabilitation medicine is to restore maximum function lost through injury, illness, or disabling conditions by treating the whole person, not just a condition.

Dr. Sole earned a medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine, Omaha, Nebraska, and completed physical medicine and rehabilitation residency training at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota. He completed a sports medicine fellowship at John Peter Smith Hospital, Arlington, Texas, and at Texas Christian University, Fort Worth. Dr. Sole is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine, and Pain Medicine.

Susan Hoff, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with Regional West Physicians Clinic-Psychiatry & Behavioral Health. The clinic offers treatment for children, adolescents, and adults, in addition to telemedicine capabilities. Ms. Hoff and her colleagues also work with Regional West’s Behavioral Health Unit to provide psychiatric inpatient treatment for patients from western Nebraska, eastern Wyoming, and northeastern Colorado. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University, and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
