SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., - The Regional West Community Health Department/ Immunization Clinic has relocated to its new office on the ground floor of St. Mary Plaza, 3700 Avenue B, Scottsbluff. You can reach the Community Health office by entering St. Mary Plaza through the East Entrance and following the hallway to the opposite end of the building.
