Diabetes Support Group Presents “How To Keep Blood Glucose Levels In Check with Exercise”

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., –Pam Zitterkopf, RN, BSN, will be the featured speaker at this month’s Diabetes Support Group meeting. Pam is a clinical health coach and nurse educator at Regional West’s Rehab Center.

Zitterkopf will discuss the benefits of regular physical activity for diabetics. The presentation will address the best time to take blood glucose levels during exercise and optimal levels before, during, and after exercise.

The Diabetes Support Group meeting will be held Tuesday, May 27 at 6 p.m., at Regional West Medical Plaza South, Room 1202, 3911 Avenue B, Scottsbluff.
