Regional West Cancer Services to Present “Let’s Strike Out Cancer Together” Event

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., ― Register now to attend Regional West’s Cancer Survivors’ Day 2019, Sunday, April 7, from 2 to 4:30 p.m. at the Civic Center in Gering.

Cancer Survivors’ Day is an annual event at which cancer survivors, their families, physicians and other members of the oncology health care team gather to applaud cancer survivors and their personal victories. A cancer survivor is anyone with a history of cancer and includes newly diagnosed, as well as long-term, survivors.

The free event is open to all area cancer survivors and their support persons, and is a day of celebration for cancer survivors, family members, friends, and medical professionals. 

Refreshments and drinks will be provided. There will be a featured speaker and entertainment, and attendees can be entered into a special prize drawing of tickets to a Western Nebraska Pioneers baseball game this upcoming season!
