Join us at the Kids Bicycle Helmet Safety event being held outdoors Saturday on the east side of St. Mary Plaza in Scottsbluff from 10 a.m. to noon. Regional West will offer complimentary kids bicycle helmets for children who attend and are properly fitted for a helmet. Helmet supplies are limited.
