Regional West Welcomes Theodore, First Baby of 2026
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., ― Regional West welcomed its first baby of the new year at 12:05 p.m. on New Year’s Day.
Theodore Isaac Schott, son of Eric and KasSandra Schott, is the first baby born in 2026 at Regional West’s Birth and Infant Care Center, weighing in at 6 lbs, 9.8 oz., and 20 inches long.
Regional West Birth and Infant Care Center & Pediatrics Director Kynzie Lentfer, BSN, RN, CLC, presented the family with an assortment of baby gifts and a commemorative onesie, which is a Regional West tradition for the first baby born each year at the medical center.
