Regional West Physicians Clinic-Oncology Opens Standalone Clinic
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., ― Regional West Physicians Clinic-Oncology will open as a standalone clinic in Medical Plaza South, suite 2200 on December 1. The clinic was previously located in Regional West Physicians Clinic-Internal Medicine.
The oncology team includes board certified, fellowship trained medical oncologists and an advanced oncology certified nurse practitioner. Together they provide the area’s most innovative cancer care for patients in western Nebraska, eastern Wyoming, and northeastern Colorado.
Cancer Services Director Jeff Kriewald said the move was prompted to enhance the patient experience and provide easier access to members of the cancer care team.
“We want our patients to be able to focus on healing and spending time living life, so we are making access to our physicians, providers, nurses, and support staff as seamless and convenient as possible,” he said.
Located in Medical Plaza South and directly across the hall from the Infusion Center, the medical oncology clinic provides a comfortable, private environment for patients and their loved ones. The clinic will also accommodate Cancer Services support staff in one convenient space.
