Air Link Helicopter to Fly Santa and the Grinch in for the Downtown Scottsbluff Christmas Parade
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., ― The Air Link crew will be flying Santa and the Grinch in by helicopter for this year’s Downtown Scottsbluff Christmas Parade.
Bring the whole family to watch them land in style Nov. 23 at 4:15 p.m. at Bearcat Stadium, weather permitting.
“We are honored that Santa and the Grinch chose Air Link to fly them in for the Downtown Scottsbluff Christmas Parade,” said Tracy Meyer, Air Link chief flight nurse. “After we land, come meet our Air Link and Regional West Emergency Medical Services (EMS) crews and see all the features of the helicopter and ambulances. Plus, we’ll have free hot chocolate to help keep you warm!”
After the helicopter landing, Air Link and EMS will host their holiday open house prior to the parade, from 4:15 to 5 p.m., at the football field. The Air Link crew will give tours of the Bell 407GXi helicopter and the EMS crew will have the ambulance on display.
Please note, parking will be available at the Scottsbluff High School. No parking will be allowed in the Bluff’s Middle School’s parking lot. Please use the designated crosswalks when crossing 27th Street.
