At Regional West Medical Center, a Guest Relations representative is available to assist patients and families. Our goal is to provide you with excellent, quality care and to be responsive to your needs.
Medical Record Request
We strive to process all medical records requests within five to seven business days, but according to the Health Information Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA), Regional West is allowed 30 days to complete a request.
Regional West Medical Center recognizes the vital role spiritual support plays in quality health care. Our chaplain offers a nondenominational ministry that is available to you and your loved ones during your time in the hospital.

Our Case Management team consists of two key disciplines: the social work staff and RN case managers. Together they work diligently to improve the health of our patients through advocacy, communication, discharge planning, insurance coordination, and ongoing education.
